	ITEM - 1    APPLICATIONS FOR LEAVE OF ABSENCE
	Proceedings in Brief An apology was tendered on behalf of Clr Treavors.
	Recommendation (Durkin/Wilcox) THAT the apology tendered on behalf of Clr Treavors be accepted and the necessary leave of absence be granted.

	ITEM - 4    EVENTS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GRANT FUNDING
	Recommendation (Durkin/MacSmith) THAT the ED&T Committee approve funding for Molong Advancement Group under the Events Assistance Program to the value of $ 5,000 from the 2014/15 budget.

	ITEM - 5    BUSINESS PAPER ITEMS FOR NOTING
	Proceedings in Brief As a result of a question from Clr Culverson, the Acting Economic Development Manager advised that the refund from Taste Orange being Council’s contribution towards a Banjo Paterson self-drive brochure has not been received and that they have questioned if Council would like to redirect this contribution towards a new brochure.
	Recommendation (Durkin/MacSmith) THAT the items be noted.
