Director of
Environmental Services advised the State Government notified that the
commencement date for changes regarding compliance certification for swimming
pool requirements for the sale of land and residential tenancy agreements has
been deferred until 29 April 2015.
Clr Wilcox
suggested that the public should be made aware of the changes.
The
committee participated in an open discussion regarding the Wood smoke
reduction program.
As a result
of a question from Clr Culverson the Director of Environmental Services
provided the committee with an update regarding the East Guyong cemetery
project that Hanson quarry company are facilitating as part of their
community commitment through its Part 3A planning approval for the East
Guyong Quarry.
