	ITEM - 4    DA 2012/171 FOR 3 LOT INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION AND CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS AND ANCILLARY DWELLING ON LOT 173 DP 750133, BANJO PATERSON WAY, MOLONG
	Proceedings in Brief The Chair called for speakers against the item. The time being 2:02pm John Winton addressed the committee on behalf of objectors against the application. The Chair then called for speakers for the item. The time being 2:06pm Peter Basha (planning consultant for applicant) addressed the committee. Clrs Culverson, Davison & MacSmith directed questions to the applicant regarding expected increase in workforce, use of buildings, discussions with Council staff prior to acquiring the site, how the development will occur i.e staged and make up of current workforce i.e. what percentage are locals.
	Recommendation (Durkin/Culverson) THAT: 1)  The Director of Environmental Services prepare a draft development consent for Development Application 2012/171 on Lot 173 DP 750133, Banjo Paterson Way, Molong for a 3 lot subdivision, two Industrial buildings and two warehouse buildings with such notice of approval to incorporate adequate conditions to address noise, traffic, visual amenity, scale of development and environmental controls, and,  2) The draft notice of consent be provided to council for consideration at its March meeting.

	Motion (Wilcox/Treavors) Recommendation THAT Development Application 2014/116 for a dwelling on Lot 30 DP 756868 land known as 1455 Euchareena Road, Boomey, be granted consent subject to the conditions attached.
