	ITEM - 1    APPLICATIONS FOR LEAVE OF ABSENCE
	Proceedings in Brief A temporary apology was tendered on behalf of Clr Culverson. It was noted that Clr Culverson did not arrive prior to the close of meeting.
	Recommendation (Davison/Treavors) THAT the temporary apology tendered on behalf of Clr Culverson be accepted and the necessary leave of absence be granted.

	Recommendation (Wilcox/Davison) THAT the application for restoration works at ‘Hillcrest’ 77 Edward Street, Molong be supported and that a funding offer of $1,000 be made to Mr John Lawrie.
