	ITEM - 1    ELECTION OF COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSON & DEPUTY CHAIRPERSON
	Proceedings in Brief The Director of Finance & Corporate Services chaired the meeting initially and called for nominations for Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.
	Recommendation (Gosper/Hayes) THAT Clr Walker be elected as Chairperson of the Community Services Committee for the ensuing 12 months.

	Recommendation (Dean/Nash) THAT Clr Hayes be elected as Deputy Chairperson of the Community Services Committee for the ensuing 12 months.

	Proceedings in Brief Suggestion was made to approach previous General Manager, Graeme Fleming, and previous Mayor, John Farr, to ascertain if they would considered being sponsored by Cabonne Council to participate in the Western Care Lodge’s Annual Cruisin Along Car Rally.
	Recommendation (Gosper/Dean) THAT Council approach previous General Manager, Graeme Fleming and previous Mayor, John Farr, to ascertain if they would consider being sponsored by Cabonne Council to participate in the Western Care Lodge’s Annual Cruisin Along Car Rally.

	Recommendation (Hayes/Gosper) THAT Council donate $500.00 to assist the Canowindra Depression and Anxiety Awareness Group hold an event focusing on dealing with depression and improving mental health.

	Recommendation (Gosper/Hayes) THAT Council decline to donate to the Molong Central School P&C Silent Auction.

	Recommendation (Nash/Gosper) THAT Council sponsor a $30 prize for each primary and secondary school in Cabonne with a request that where practical the prize be sourced from a Cabonne Based Business.

	Recommendation (Hayes/Nash) THAT Council advise the Cudal Tennis Club to apply for a Community Assistance Program for assistance with refurbishments.
