	ITEM - 4    Family Day Care operational update
	Proceedings in Brief The Family Daycare Coordinator discussed major growth since March 2013, increasing both Educator and Family Registration by 75%, and also how the Scheme has established the new Financial & Operational Systems. The Mayor congratulated Family Day Care Staff and the Community Services Manager on all their hard work.
	Recommendation (Gosper/Hayes) THAT the reviewed systems be implemented for the benefit of children and families in the scheme.

	ITEM - 5    Home and Community Care Update
	Proceedings in Brief The Community Service Manager discussed that ComPacks are now available through Molong Hospital and Canowindra Soldiers Memorial Hospital and the benefits to patients with 6 weeks of additional assistance and support after being discharged from hospital.
	Recommendation (Gosper/Dean) THAT Council apply for additional funding to expand its food and social support services for the frail aged.
