Recommendation

 

THAT Council determine whether it wishes to lodge a formal application for the proclamation of 13 May 2014 as a:

1.       public holiday OR

2.       part day public holiday from 8:30am to 7:00pm OR

3.       local event day

for that portion of the township of Yeoval, which is in the Cabonne Council area on the occasion of the 2014 Yeoval Show.

As previously reported Council invited submissions from the Yeoval community as requested by the Executive Director NSW Industrial Relations on behalf of the Minister.
