Proceedings in Brief The Community Services Manager advised that the updating of the NSW Register of War Memorials is time consuming. Molong register is complete, and making good progress on the Cudal register.

THAT Council Staff continue to update the NSW Register of War Memorials.

Proceedings in Brief The Community Services Manager outlined that HACC services previously funded by NSW Government has received $40,000 in transition funding from the Australian Government’s Department of Health and Ageing (DoHA). The Community Services Manager also advised there is only a short timeframe to implement. |

THAT Council use the additional funding from the Australian Government to update its policies and procedures and comply with new funding requirements.

Clr Dean suggested nominating Julie Middleton or nominate a Committee rather than an individual. Clr Dean believes that nominations should come from Cabonne Council.
The Mayor suggested nominating Robert Ellis. |

The Mayor advised that in 2014 Molong Show Society will have been operating for 150 years and believes the anniversary should be acknowledged in some way.
The Committee suggested that the Economic Development and Tourism Manager should be consulted in regards to this and follow up. |
