	Recommendation (Smith/Gosper) THAT the apology tendered for Clr Nash be accepted and the necessary leave of absence be granted.

	Recommendation (Gosper/Dean) THAT Council establish an accessibility reference group with representation from each of Council’s Departments.

	Recommendation (Gosper/Smith) THAT Council seek support of State and Federal Government in assisting the Lyndon Community to bring their drug rehabilitation facilities at Canowindra up to standard.

	Recommendation (Gosper/Hayes) THAT Council use photographs of the Big Air School visit to Manildra for promotional purposes and a copy of the power point presentation be sent to Senator Matt Thistlethwaite.

	ITEM - 7 Cabonne Community Transport Update of Service

	Recommendation (Gosper/Hayes) THAT Council write to the PCYC requesting that the PCYC discos at Molong continue to be provided for the youth of Cabonne and that the mayor write to the Local Member and the Superintendent of Orange Local Area Command.
